Sarah Blais is a documentary, portrait, and fashion photographer. Her work revolves around capturing the surrealism she sees in ordinary life and subtly shifting familiar narratives to build tension and connection in an image, always with an undertone of joy. 

Her work has been shown in group exhibitions from Hong Kong to Montreal and has been published in photo books. She received The British Journal of Photography’s Female in Focus award in October 2019, with a group exhibition in New York at United Photo Industries. Some of her clients include: Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Vogue and WSJ.
